Well it looks like we might get a break from the heat. While Austin has record breaking heat the temperatures in Monterrey have dropped off considerably from the 109 announced on Sunday, from all the tropical storms in Mexico right now. In fact the high is 95 today. Of course weather underground has us back at 104 on Tuesday
